handling various kinds of bags,
(i.e. 100kgs & 50kg bags in sugar factory) the system will
not disturb internal transport ion.

M.S. Fabricated frame out of 40 x 40 x 6 angle, 25 x 6 flat
runner and 125 x 65 channel mounted on rubber Tyre wheels
for easy movement.

Chain
Stel chain of 5mm link thicknss (case Hardened ) in two rows with alternate Steel and wooden slats.
Take Up Unit
unit will be provided with screw type take up unit for correct adjustment chain tention.

Approx speed will be about 80 feet per minute.

Stacking capacity about 750 to 800 bags per hour up to:
14 layers ( for 15 feet stacker )
30 layers ( for 33 feet stacker )

Electricals
only Electric Motor and suitable starter will be provided by us. Requirement switches, cables and plug points to be Provided by the factory.
Paint
Steel structure of the stacker will be painted with one coat of redoxide Metal Primer and one coat of French blue paint or as per Requirement
